I’m a health & nutrition coach, a certified personal trainer, and I have PCOS myself, which I manage naturally. 

I know what it feels like to be misunderstood in your condition. To see doctor after doctor and leave their office with more questions than when you went in. I can help you navigate the process of talking to your doctor, asking the right questions, so that you can finally have answers.

I will help you make the right lifestyle changes to get you feeling energetic and confident in your body.

I will share the process that helped me gain my period back after months of amenorrhea, that helped me get rid of horrible mood swings and made me feel good about my body, despite my PCOS.


Will I receive a customized meal/exercise plan?

Yes and no. Depending on your goals, we can work on finding the right type of diet for you. I will never tell you exactly what to eat and when to eat. Instead, I will help you find foods that make you feel your best, so that your diet is balanced, healthy, and does not stress you out. The same goes for working out. Not everyone can perform the same exercises and you won’t feel like doing the same thing every day. With my program, you’ll find what works for you. 

will you help me get a diagnosis?

I am not a doctor, so I cannot and will not diagnose you. I can help you navigate the process of talking to your doctor, make suggestions for questions or blood work to request. But ultimately, anything medical is up to your doctor.

I don't want to have children. Is this still for me?

Absolutely! Hormonal health is for every woman, regardless of her intentions to have kids or not. Hormonal health is a vital component of your overall wellbeing. 

I travel often so I have trouble with adhering to a diet/workout plan. Can you help me?

YES! As a digital nomad, I often travel myself, so I fully understand your struggle AND I can help. You can enjoy traveling and be healthy at the same time!

do you work with women with any hormonal health issues?

It depends on what you need help with. My program is holistic, not medical, and it is meant to help you change your lifestyle in a way that is beneficial for your health. Anyone can benefit from it. It is important you let me know of any diagnosis you have, so that I can explain how/if I can help.

About Me

I was first given the pill to “regulate my cycle”. I didn’t have acute pain or heavy flow, my period was just very irregular. Nobody bothered to test for ANY hormonal imbalances. After a quick ultrasound that did not reveal any major health issues, I was given the pill. I was told it was safe and I could be on it until I wanted to have a baby.

Twelve years later, I was suffering from extreme side effects that nobody knew about. Not only that, but many did not believe my issues could be a side effect of the pill. Coming off the pill those symptoms vanished one by one. However, my periods were yet again, extremely irregular.
